and the City of Winter Springs, your Annuat Fiber Optic Maintenance charges are due.
We are billing you at the new rate of $.13/foot from October 1, 2003 to September 30, 2004.
The amount due at this time is $7,332.26. Please remit this amount, payable to Board of
County Commissioners to the address below.

Proposed Rate Changes

As a follow-up to the Wide Area Network meeting of May 7, 2002, the County will hold
the proposed rate of 13 cents per foot for the next two fiscal years (FY 2002/2003 and FY
2003/2004). The new rate will take effect on October 1, 2002. Attached to this letter is
an updated Exhibit A, indicating the fiber footages and the current annual cost of
$7,332.26. As new links are installed, Exhibit A and the associated costs will be updated
as necessary.
We are also in the process of amending our current Agreement to have the billing dates
correspond with both the City and County's fiscal year. This would change the semi-
annual billing dates to October 1 and April 1 of each year, as well as possibly offering a
one-time annual payment. Once completed, this Amendment will be sent to the City for
execution.
