Dear John,
Seminole County is requesting permission to install fiber optic cabling into City conduit in the
Winter Springs Police Department building located at 300 N. Moss Rd., Winter Springs, FL
32708. It is standard procedure at the City of Winter Springs when installing fiber, that it be
installed into interduct where and when possible. The conduit currently has three (3)
interducts which are already occupied with fiber. Seminole County wishes to install fiber
optic ,;able rote that conduit without installing interduct for that fiber. The City of Winter
Springs grants permission for County to install fiber into City conduit without interduct as
long as Seminole County assumes responsibility for any future damage to their fiber, if
additional fiber is ever to be installed into that same conduit. If this agreeable to you, please
