EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made this ~ day of igN~u~r
1984, by and between SEMINOLE COUNTY, a political subdivision of
the State of Florida, whose address is Seminole County Services
Building, 1101 East First Street, Sanford, Florida 32771, herein-
after referred to as COUNTY, and the CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS whose
address is 400 N. Edgemon Avenue, Winter Springs, Florida 32708,
hereinafter referred to as CITY.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the COUNTY and CITY have heretofore entered into
a certain Agreement dated July 22, 1980, for provision of bridge
inspection services; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement expires by its terms on September
30 , 19 84 ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties hereto to extend
for twenty four (24) months through September 30, 1986, the terms
of said Agreement, together with all other covenants and obliga-
tions therein contained,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants
and agreements hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Agreement between the COUNTY and CITY, dated
July 22, 1980, for provision of bridge inspection services, be and
the same is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part
hereof as though set forth in full.
2. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Agreement
dated July 22, 1980, to the contrary:
(a) The term of this Agreement shall be for twenty
four months (24) months, from October 1, 1984, through September
30, 1986, unless terminated sooner by the provisions of Section 12
of the Agreement incorporated herein by reference.

3. Except as herein modified, all terms and conditions
of the Agreement aforesaid shall remain in full force and effect
for the term of this Agreement, as originally set forth in said
Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
instrument in ( o~) counterparts as of the day and year
first above written.
