State funding participation after this date will be limited to eligible costs associated with the one-year performance period. The initiation of operation date for the project has been established as February 5, 1988. On February 5, 1989 you will be asked to certify that the project meets the performance standards identified in Amendment 1 to this grant. To accept this amendment, please return the executed original to the Bureau of Wastewater Management and Grants within three (3) weeks after receipt.
