Eligibility will be limited to costs associated with the one-year project performance period. Except as provided herein all terms and conditions of the basic grant agreement, including prior amendments, remain unchanged and in full force and effect and subject to all applicable provisions of FAC 17-50. State funding participation after this date will be limited to eligible costs associated with the one-year performance period. The initiation of operation date for the project has been established as February 5, 1988. On February 5, 1989 you will be asked to certify that the project meets the performance standards identified in Amendment 1 to this grant. To accept this amendment, please return the executed original to the Bureau of Wastewater Management and Grants within three (3) weeks after receipt. Except as provided in the amendment itself, all terms and conditions of the basic agreement remain in effect.
