ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

funds from contingencies to engineering fees.

Dear Mr. Rozansky:
Based on receipt of final construction bids, your grant of $549,877
is being reduced by $28,396, resulting in a revised total award of
$521,481. The design allowance, administrative expenses,
engineering fees and contingencies have been adjusted accordingly.
This amendment also incorporates project performance criteria.
These same criteria were identified to you when the plans and
specifications for your project were accepted. You will be asked
to certify that the project meets these criteria one year after
operational start-up.
To accept this amendment, please return the executed original to
the Bureau of Wastewater Management and Grants within three (3)
calendar weeks after receipt. Except as provided in the amendment
itself, all terms and conditions of the basic agreement remain in
effect.
