Execution of Work Order Number 6, by City, shall serve as authorization for the Consultant to provide
professional services for the above project.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THP CONSULTANT:
Consultant shall provide said professional services pursuant to this Waxlc Order, to provide the City with a staff
report recommending chances to the current regulations for accessory sbru.ctures and presenting the changes to
the City Commission,
T + FOIL COMPLETIQN:
The professiaxial services authorized by this Work Order shall be carnpleted vcrxth one month.
COMPENSATION:
The fees for the professional services shall be perfora,,ed on an hourly fee basis not to exceed $2000.00,
without additional written approval from the City Managee.

v Based upon the discussions during our meeting on October 31, I have revised Work
~ Order #6 which was formerly only for Accessory Structures to include revisions to the
~~ following other areas of the Code:

• 1) Home Occupations,
c' 2) Noise,
3) Lighting, and
4) Recommendations to update the zoning districts and permitted uses related
p. to accessory structures.
5) Definitions
Additionally, a general schedule for completion has been added to the scope.
Please sign the revised Work Order, which will supersede the previous work order, and
return to LDI via fax or mail. Thank you for allowing us to continue to provide you
professional planning services.
