PROJECT: Comprehensive Plan Additional Services

CONTRACTED
PROFESSIONAL: Land Design Innovations, Inc.
Execution of Work Order Number 1,by City, shall serve as authorization for the Consultant to provide
professional seIVices for the above project.
RESPONSmILITY OF THE CONSULTA1~T:
Consultant shall provide said professional services pursuant to this Work Order, to perform the professional
services as listed in the attached Estimated Hours/Fee Summary (attached hereto and incorporated herein as
Attachment "A" respectively). More specifically, the services to be provided will include facilitation of
workshops for the Comprehensive Plan; preparation of copies of the second set of drafts for the City Board's to
review; an update of the Transportation Element with latest data; and, preparation of the Conservation Overlay
map and text.
TIME FOR COMPLETION:
The professional services authorized by this Work Order shall be completed within two (2) months from
the date of execution oftbis Work Order.
COMPENSATION:
The total fee for this Project will not exceed an amount of $12,855.
