Therefore, on behalf of the Engineers Week Committee of the Florida Engineering Society-Central Florida Chapter and in commemoration and honor of the engineering profession, you are requested to present the attached proclamations to your governing body for appropriate action. Please have the original and the copy properly executed, and return the copy to me no later than February 20 if at all possible. It is recommended that the original be displayed prominently during Engineers Week and that it be included in the local press coverage. The copy will be on display at the Engineering Fair at Florida Technological University, February 24 and 25 and at the Engineers Week Banquet in Orlando the evening of February 25.
