Dear Jim:
This letter is to confirm my agreement with you to become a part time contract employee
with the City to provide a full range of project management and other engineering
services to the Public W orkslUtility Department, under the direction of Kip Lockcuff.
This scope of services will be provided at $50 per hour not to exceed 29 hours per week.
The initial workweek will be six hours per day Monday through Thursday, 8:00A.M. to
3:00P.M. or as otherwise directed by Mr. Lockcuff.
The duration of this agreement will be twelve months beginning August 19, 2002 and
terminating August 18,2003.
During the period of this agreement you will not enter into a contractual relationship with
any other person, business, or organization doing business with the City of Winter
Springs, nor any governmental entity that would represent a conflict with any program or
project to which you are assigned by the City of Winter Springs.
This agreement shall be terminated by either of the parties upon thirty days notice.
