The terms of the original Joint Participation Agreement, executed on November 20, 2008,
are hereby amended as follows:
The Project Scope of Services and the Cost Estimate of the original agreement is hereby revised
as indicated on the attached Revised Exhibit "A Scope of Services. The Project funding is
hereby reduced from $368,000.00 to $120,000.00.
All services are to be completed on or before November 19, 2010.
Except as hereby modified, amended or changed, all provisions of the original Agreement thereto
remain in effect.
The following attachment is hereby incorporated into this Amendment:
Revised Exhibit "A Scope of Services

REVISED EXHIBIT "A"
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Install Right Turn Lane at Sherry Street and SR 419
Project Description
The installation of a 400 -foot southbound right turn lane for the intersection of SR 419
at Sherry Street. The roadway improvements will be designed and constructed by the
City of Winter Springs. The Department will contribute a lump sum amount up to
$120,000, for actual costs incurred, toward the cost of the roadway improvements and
CEI effort.
