AMENDMENT NO. 2 OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK

PROJECT AGREEMENT 69-4209-8-1680
Between
CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS
And The
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE
RE: Emergency Watershed Protection project resulting from 2007 Tornadoes.
This amends the Project Agreement 69-4209-8-1680 between the above parties relative to the 2007
Tornadoes Emergency Watershed Protection Project.
Clause B.1 is amended to allow for the accomplishment of the works of improvement described
in Section A and provide for their completion and to and to read as follows:
1. Provide for accomplishment of the works of improvement described in Section A and
provide for their completion by September 30, 2008. The Sponsor shall provide NRCS a
copy of any solicitation (Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotations, etc.), bid abstract, and
awarded contract, or other basis of cost and accomplishment.
All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
