AMENDMENT NO.1 To PROJECT AGREEMENT 69-4209-5-1650 Between CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS And The UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE RE: Emergency Watershed Protection project resulting from Hurricane Jeanne. This amends the Project Agreement 69-4209-5-1650 between the above parties relative to the Hurricane Jeanne Emergency Watershed Protection Project. Clause B.l is amended to extend the completion time and to read as follows: 1. Provide for the accomplishment of the works of improvement described in Section A and provide for completion by November 30, 2005. The Sponsor will provide NRCS a copy of any solicitation (Invitation for Bids, Request for Quotations, etc.), bid abstract, awarded contract, or other basis of cost and accomplishment. All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
