AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
LAND DESIGN INNOVATIONS
PROJECT: Concurrency Evaluation System and Impact Fee Study
CITY:
Winter Springs, Florida
CONTRACTED
PROFESSIONAL: Land Design Innovations, Inc.
Execution of Work Order Number 4, by City, shall serve as authorization for the Consultant to provide
professional services for the above project.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSULTANT:
Consultant shall provide said professional services pursuant to this Work Order, to prepare a Concurrency
Evaluation System and to prepare an Impact Fee Study for Fire, Police, and Parks and Recreation.
TIME FOR COMPLETION:
The professional services authorized by this Work Order shall be completed within two (2) months from
the date of execution of this Work Order.
COMPENSATION:
The fees for the professional services listed below shall be performed as a lump sum amount not to
exceed basis, without additional written approval from the City Manager. Meeting attendance and revisions to
the Concurrency Evaluation System shall be performed on an hourly basis.
