DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Amendment to Agreement
This Amendment entered into on 20~,
serves to amend portions of the Agreement dated August 8, 2008,
by and between the Department of Environmental Protection,
hereinafter referred to as DEPARTMENT, and the CITY OF WINTER
SF~RINGS, hereinafter referred to as GRANTEE, for the approved
recreational project known as Central Winds Park, Phs V, Project
#A09134, pursuant to section 375.075, Florida Statutes and Part
V, Chapter 62D-5, Florida Administrative Code.
In and for the mutual covenants between them, the DEPARTMENT
anal the GRANTEE agree that the following amendment shall apply to
tr.e above referenced Agreement:
5. The DEPARTMENT shall pay, on a reimbursement basis, to the
GRANTEE funds not to exceed $75,000.00, which will be the
DEPARTMENT'S share of the cost of the PROJECT. DEPARTMENT
funding is based upon the following:
DEPARTMENT Amount: $75,000.00 750
GRANTEE Match: $25,000.00 25%
Type of Match: Cash/In-Kind Services and/or Land Value
In all other respects the Agreement of which this is an
Amendment and attachments relative thereto shall remain in full
force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have duly executed
this Agreement on the day and year first above written.

Attached is the executed amendment that provides for a change in the grant amount
and match ratio for this project. The new grant award amount is $75,000 with a twenty
five percent match requirement from the City.
