"Mixed Use" Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Designation At The Time The
Project Was Being Master Planned In 1995. At Some Point The FLUM (Future
Land Use Map) Was Changed To "Low Density Residential" Which Was Then
Formally Adopted By The Commission And Submitted To DCA (Department of
Community Affairs) With The Adoption Of The Comprehensive Plan By
Ordinance 2001-55.
