Of The City Code Of Ordinances, To Reconstruct An Existing Non-Conforming Pole Sign Into A Monument Sign Within The Ten (10) Foot Front And Side Setbacks (Approximately Two (2) Feet From Both The Front And Side) In The State Road 434 Redevelopment Overlay Zoning District. The Applicant Is Aware That, Subsequent To Her Application, The City Commission Voted To Waive The $500.00 Variance Fee (May 12, 2003) And Therefore Requests That The Fee Be Refunded And Her Request Be Reconsidered.
