Public Hearing for a request to amend land use classification of property owned by IGA Holding Co. - 92 acres on east side of Fisher Road-ReGuest for Low Density Residential land use classification to permit R-lAAA zoning. 4. Public Hearing for assignment of Winter Springs land use classification to property annexed by Ruby Shane in February 1986- 4.3 acres on south side of SR 434 at SR 419 intersection-Request for Commercial land use classification to permit C-l zoning. 5. Public Hearing for a request to amend land use classification of property owned by Avery Wisdom-3.5 acres on south side of SR 434 at SR 419 intersection - Request for Commercial land use classification to permit C-1 zoning. 6. Public Hearing for Winter Springs land use classification to be assigned to property being annexed by Joel Pipkin-5.45 acres on north side of SR 434 east of SR 419 intersection-Request for Light Industrial land use classification to permit C-2 zoning. 7. No. 352 amending the comprehensive plan in accordance with F.S. 163.3187; providing for the addition of annexed property to the lann use map at Light Industrial Classification; providing for the zoning category C-2 for the property on the Official Zoning Map, etc. 10. Adjournment Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
