Full-Scale Amendments to Comprehensive Plan, Land Use Element - Future Land Use Map: 1. Request to amend land use classification of property owned by IGA Holding Co. - 92 acres on east side of Fisher Rd. - Request for Low Density Residential land use classification to permit R-lAAA zoning. 2. Assignment of Winter Springs land use classification to property annexed by Ruby Shane in February 1986 - 4.3 acres on south side of SR 434 at SR 419 intersection - Request for Commercial land use classification to permit C-l zoning. 3. Request to amend land use classification of property owned by Avery Wisdom - 3.5 acres on south side of SR 434 at SR 419 intersection - Request for Commercial land use classification to permit C-l zoning. 4. Winter Springs land use classification to be assigned to property being annexed by Joel Pipkin - 5.45 acres on north side of SR 434 east of SR 419 intersection - Request for Light Industrial land use classification to permit C-2 zoning. 5. Winter Springs land use classification to be assigned to property being annexed by Lewis and Juanita Blumberg - 21 acres north of intersection of SR 434 and Tuscawilla Rd. - Request for Commercial land use classification to permit C-l zoning on property tronting on SR 434 and for Light Industrial land use classification to permit C-2 zoning on property off highway. 4. 1986-1987 Fiscal Year Budget 5. Adjournment Persons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
