No. 409, providing that in multi-family residential and commercial zoning classifications landlords shall provide garbage service for all tenants, etc. Second Reading. B. Public Hearing for Ord. No. 410, amending Sec. 6.2.1 and Sec. 6.2.2 of Chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled "Fire Prevention and Protection", etc. Second Reading. C.
