Request of Alejandro and Ramonita Baez to annex Lot 5, Tuskawilla, P.B. 1, Pg. 5 - one acre southwest of intersection of S.R. 434 and Tuscawilla Road. B. Senior Center -Building Design/Construction Options C. Resolution No. 610, providing for payment of $50.00 per month to members of Winter Springs Commerce and Industry Development Board, etc. D. Resolution No. 611, providing for payment of $50.00 Bi-Monthly (every two months) to members of the Code Enforcement Board, etc. E. City Manager Richard Rozansky: 1.
