No. 464 (continued from Aug. 28, 1989), establishing as a nuisance any condition on property that would endanger the public health, safety or welfare, etc. Second Reading C. First Reading of Ordinances as follows: 1. Amended Ord. No. 465, amending Code Section 20-146(2), Sec. 20-166(2), Sec. 20-186(2), Sec. 20-211(2), Sec. 20-27l(b) and in Planned Unit Developments, etc. 2. Amended Ord. No. 466, repealing present Sec. 9-221(b) and providing for new Section 9-22l(b), etc. 3. Amended Ord. No. 467, amending Art. V. Design Standards, Sec. 9-296 Typical street sections, changing 30 ft.
