Public Comment III. General Agenda A. Proposed Non-Ad Valorem Assessments - Country Club Village and Solid Waste B. Res. No. 742 directing preparation of the Preliminary Assessment Roll, establishing the method for collection of the assessment, providing for notice of the meeting for public comment on and adoption of the assessment roll; establishing the basis for computation of the assessment pursuant to Ord. No. 555, establishing a Non-Ad Valorem Assessment allowing for the collection of fees for mandatory solidwaste/recycling/yard trash collections, etc. C. Res. No. 743 , adopting and approving the assessment plat for the annual assessment of charges for the provision of street lighting pursuant to Ord. No. 545 for Country Club Village Street Lighting, etc. D. Temporary Trailer/Modular Building approval at Vistawilla - Mike Jones E.
