Approval/Disapproval-Preliminary Engineering for Grand Reserve (Oak Forest area, east of Tuskawilla Road across from Arbor Glen Subdivision). D. Approval/Disapproval-Preliminary Engineering for Parcel 15 (Tuscawilla area, north of CSX Railroad, east of Howell Creek, west of Expressway, south of SR 434). E.
