THERE WILL BE A CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION FOLLOWING THE REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS/STRATEGY RELATING TO LITIGATION EXPENDITURES INVOLVED IN THE LAWSUITS THAT ARE PRESENTLY PENDING AGAINST THE CITY BY THE CITY OF OVIEDO, THE TUSCA WILLA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AND BY THE CITY AGAINST THE CITY OF OVIEDO, BY THE CITY AGAINST THE ROUSE CORPORATION AND BY THE CITY AGAINST THE VIERA CORPORATION.
