Public Hearing and First Reading Ord. 574, Rezoning Lot 17 and that portion oflot 23 lying north of the CSX Railroad Right-of-way, Block B, D.R. Mitchell's survey of the Levy Grant on Lake Jessup, Plat Book 1, Page 5, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, from the present zoning categories ofR-U and C-2 respectively, to R-3 pursuant to Chapter 166.041 of the Florida Statutes; providing for the amendment of the Official Zoning Map; severability; conflicts and effective date.
