II. THERE WILL BE A CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE CITY
COMMISSION/LITIGATION MEETING HELD PURSUANT TO
FLORIDA STATUTES 286.011 REGARDING GATX CAPITAL VS.
MIKES ET. AL., CASE # 96-02944-C FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DISCUSSING LITIGATION STRATEGIES.
THIS MEETING IS BY FLORIDA LAW CLOSED AND NOT OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC.
