II. PUBLIC INPUT
(Anyone who wishes to speak at Public Input on any Agenda Item or subject matter
will need to fill out a "Public Input" form. You will be given three (3) minutes to
speak; if you are speaking for a group or Homeowner's Association you will be given
five (5) minutes to speak. It is at the discretion of the Commission to allow a speaker
more than the allotted time. If you wish to speak at the Public Hearing portion of the
Agenda, you will also need to fill out a "Public Input" form and will be given the same
time allotment as mentioned above.)

Resolution Number 2000-21 Prom The Humane Society Of Seminole County,

Execute The City Of Winter Springs Recreation Program Agreement With
The Winter Springs Basketball League.

The Winter Springs Grizzlies (Football).

Notifying The City Commission Of The Status Of The Florida Recreational

Presents To The Commission A Request To Accept Rhoden Lane For Public
Ownership And Maintenance. It Is Further Requested That The Requirement
For Sidewalks Be Waived For This Street.

Requests The Commission To Consider The Sign Permit Process.

City Commission Meeting.)
D. Community Department - Land Development Division
Presents To The Commission For Their Action The Request Of CENT EX For
Approval To Record The Replat Of Lots 13 And 14 Of Parks tone Unit 1.

Requests The Commission Approve An Agreement Between mc Calhoun,
Inc. A Georgia Corporation (The James Doran Company) And The City Of
Winter Springs Relative To The Town Center Code.
F. Park And Recreation Department
Requesting The City Commission To Consider Needed Improvements And
Change Order No. 3 To The Parks Improvement Program To Amend The
1999 Revenue Bond Issue To Provide For Additional Funding.
