CITY HALL - COMMISSION CHAMBERS I. CALL TO ORDER The Session Shall Commence At An Open Meeting. The City Attorney Shall Advise The City Commission That He Desires The Advice Concerning The Litigation Set Forth Below. The Person Chairing The Meeting Shall Announce The Commencement And Estimated Length Of The Attorney-Client Session And The Names Of The Persons Attending. The Meeting Will Be Closed To The Public And The Attorney-Client Session Will Commence. At The Conclusion Of The Attorney-Client Session, The Meeting Shall Be Reopened, And The Person Chairing The Meeting Shall Announce The Termination Of The Session. II. ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION Pursuant To Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, The City Attorney Will Be Seeking The Advice Of The City Commission Regarding Settlement Negotiations And Strategy Related To Litigation Expenditures Concerning The Pending Litigation Titled "City Of Oviedo, and Seminole County, Florida v. City of Winter Springs" - Circuit Court Of The Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, In And For Seminole County, Florida - Case Number 00-89 AP." The Persons Scheduled To Be In Attendance Are Mayor Paul P. Partyka, Deputy Mayor David W. McLeod, Commissioner Robert S. Miller, Commissioner Michael S. Blake, Commissioner Edward Martinez, Jr., Commissioner Cindy Gennell, City Manager Ronald W. McLemore, City Attorney Anthony A. Garganese, And A Court Reporter. III. ADJOURNMENT Members of the public will not be permitted to be in attendance during the Attorney-Client Session. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the City of Winter Springs. 48 hours in advance of the meeting at (407) 327 -1800, per Section 286.26 Florida Statutes. Pcrsons are advised that if they decide to appeal any decisions made at these meetingslhearings they will need a record of the proceedings and for such pU'l'ose, they may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based per Section 286.0105 Florida Statutes.
