Please see the below resignation of Board Member Michael Burns from the Code Enforcement Board. Mr. Burns
was serving in Seat Five and an appointment will be needed to fill the remainder of his term through July 2025.

City of Winter Springs,
Due to changes in my career scheduling, I cannot continue my duties reliably for the City of
Winter Springs Code Enforcement Board. Effective immediately, I am stepping down from my
position on the Dias. I want to thank the City Staff and WSPD for their professionalism and for
allowing me to serve the City in this vital and humbling role.
