Assessment Services Agreement Extension and Addendum
For: Assessment Program Management Services
Original Contract Date: December 1, 2018—November 30, 2019
Vendor: NBS Government Finance Group,Inc.
TERMS
The City of Winter Springs has elected to extend the above-mentioned agreement for an
additional (1) year term as per Item 2.1 - Term and Definitions, which is located on Page 1
of the original Agreement. A price increase adjustment up to a maximum of (3%) is
authorized per the contract based on the Bureau of Labor and Statistics (PPI). For this renewal
3% increase will be applied.
Contract extension shall be from December 15. 2021 to November 30th, 2022 and shall be
bound by all covenants, conditions, and addenda of the original agreement. Base cost shall not
exceed a total of $15,386.33. (Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and 33/100)
for Assessment Program Management Services as detailed in the agreement (Oak Forest
Maintenance; TLBD Capital Phase I & Maintenance, and Tuscawilla Phase III Capital &
Maintenance). This is the third contract renewal under this agreement.
ADDENDUM
None
CONSIDERATION
The City of Winter Springs has been very pleased with services provided for the Oak Forest,
TLBD and the Tuscawilla Phase III Assessment Programs for the previous contract period.
