Agency Agreement

This InSite - Florida Intelligence System Agency Agreement is made and entered into this
15 day of June , 2021, by and between the
Winter SpringS Police Department
(Agency Name)
(Hereinafter referred to as the Participating Agency) and the Florida Department of Law
Enforcement, (hereinafter referred to as FDLE. The Integrated Florida Intelligence System
Operating Guidelines set forth the conditions governing the Participating Agency's involvement
and responsibilities for the use and dissemination of information transmitted to, or retrieved from
the system. The Operating Guidelines and Privacy Policy are available for review on-line at
http://www.flcin.iiet/hiSite.asl)x. Implementation of this Agency Agreement is intended to
enhance and foster the exchange of criminal intelligence among the criminal justice community
through the use of the Florida Intelligence System maintained by FDLE.
For, and in consideration of, the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree to the responsibilities set forth for the
Participating Agency pertaining to privacy, audits, security, responsibility for information,
documentation and dissemination of information, liability for dissemination, disclaimer of
responsibility for accuracy of records and training contained in the Florida Intelligence System
Operating Guidelines.
By completing and submitting this Agency Agreement to the Florida Department of Law
Enforcement (FDLE), the agency head of the Participating Agency has read and agrees to follow
and adhere to the Privacy Policy, all rules, regulations and policies documented in the Florida
Intelligence System Operating Guidelines. Mail completed form to the FDLE Regional Office
