Worked on opening and closing valve on Pump#2 discharge. 11/11/97 2 10 20
Vied using City's hydrauifc pump to open oheck valve.
Mefterial: 8x4 flanges to connect pump: No Charge
City brought jet pump, opened check valve but could not 11112/97 2 3 6
close it. Went to City at 1:00 PM to discuss problem.
Worked on locating FM and bypass connection to FM, 11/13/97 2 6 16
Removed every other bolt on 12"discharge valves. 11/13/97 2 2.5 5
Cut SS rods for owner furnished valves, helped set up hydraulic 11/14/97 4 4 16
pump, removed 12"gate valves, cleaned and scraped flange
faces of City furnished valves,
Removed two(2) 12" suction valves and prepped 6"plug 11/17/97 4 3 12
valves and installed.
TOTAL LABOR 75
75 hours Labor(including burden) @$15.00/hr $ 1,125.00
Filler Flanges $ 219.00
Bypass Pump $ 580,00
$ 1,924.00
Contractor's Fee 15% $ 288.60
$ 2,212.60
Bond Premium $ 26.55
Total Adjusted Cost to Install New Valves on Suc/Discharge $ 2,239.15
Plus Electrical upgrades including new circuit, new lighting wiring $ 1,760.00
and conduit with recepticies and refeeding existing fan.
