project. While this concludes our active administration of the uubgmnt agreement,vve remind you of your statutory
obligation to maintain all supporting documentation for a period of not less than five years from the date of this letter.
This documentation must be made available for audit and examination upon request. Please note:this aubgmntmay
bo selected for financial and programmatic monitoring oka future date.
As required by federal grant guidance,an audit performed in accordance with Office of Management and Budget
(OYNB). Uniform Requirements,2C.F.R.2O8.Subpart F'Audit Requirements must bo conducted and submitted to
the Federal Audit Clearinghouse at hftps:Hharvester.census.gov/facweb/.
All non-expendable property acquisitions must be accounted for and maintained for as long as the equipment is in
ommiva. The Department must be notified prior to any disposition of non-expendable property and must be advised
immediately uf any lost or stolen items.
