KNOW ALL MEN BY TI-117S ' PRESENTS, that the CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
("Seller") for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00), the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, grants, bargains, sells, transfers and delivers unto Shaun, Leiker ("Buyer"), in "AS-IS"
condition, all of the Seller's title and interest in a German Shepard/Belgian Malinois Dog, commonly
referred to as "K-9 Duke."
Buyer hereby certifies that he has investigated the adequacy and conditions of the a fo rern enti oiled K-9
Duke and is satisfied with the "AS-IS" condition. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer is
acquiring title to K-9 Duke without the benclit of a warranty and that the Seller makes no
representations or warranties, implied or express, regarding K-9 Duke. Buyer shall accept 1 -9 Duke
"'as is" and "with all faults." Further, without limiting or restricting any other rights or benefits that
Seller may have under Florida law regarding potential liability including under section 76 .28, Florida
Statutes, Buyer agrees to release and hold the Seller and its employees and contractors harmless from.
any and all liability, personal injury, property damage, or death caused, either directly or indirectly, by
K-9 Duke in any way whatsoever and further from any liability for future medical bills, food bills,
shelter or other necessities. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of Seller's
sovereign immunity.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same unto the Buyer, his executors, administrators and assigns
forever.
Seller and Buyer agree to execute any further paperwork or other documentation to the extent required
to effectuate the transfer of the title to 1 -9 Duke from Seller to Buyer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this Bill of Sale this day of June, 2019.
