SYNOPSIS: The Enclave at Dunmar is an eight -unit single - family subdivision located within Dunmar Estates. The applicant, Michael and Elaine Jones, is seeking City approval to record the plat. CONSIDERATIONS: LAND USE & ZONING Zoning: R -C1 (Single - family dwelling district) and R -lA (One - family dwelling district) Future Land Use: Rural Residential, Public /Semi - Public APPLICABLE REGULATIONS Chapter 177, Florida Statutes Chapter 197, Florida Statutes Chapter 9, City Code The Enclave at Dunmar is a proposed eight -unit single - family residential subdivision located within Dunmar Estates. The subject property is approximately 28.50 acres in size and is zoned R -C1 (Single - family dwelling district) and R -lA (One - family dwelling district). The applicant, Michael and Elaine Jones, is proposing a minimum lot size of one acre in accordance with the requirements of the R -C1 zoning district.
