A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WIN'T'ER
SPRINGS, FLORIDA, RECOGNIZING RON KANDZER FOR HIS 10 YEARS
OF DEDICATED SERVICE AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CITY OF WINTER
SPRINGS; AND EXPRESSING OUR APPRECIATION ON BEHALF OF THE
CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
1WHEREAS, RON KANDZER joined the City of Winter Springs on April 4, 2005 as the Systems
Analyst /Kiva Administrator; and
a
IffHEREAS, RON KANDZER played a key role in the successful acquisition and implementation of the
City's first electronic plans submission and review system; and
X(HEREAS, RON KANDZER, throughout his tenure, assisted City staff in creating and greatly improving
efficiencies through technology; and
IffHEREAS, RON KANDZER has provided the residents of Winter Springs with 10 years of dedicated and
distinguished service in the Winter Springs Information Services Department.
ROW THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida as follows:
SECTION I — That the Mayor and Commission , City Mana g er , and Staff of the City of Winter Springs upon
the occasion of RON ZER'S retirement takes great pleasure to recognize and honor him for his uncommon
level of distinguished service to the residents of Winter Springs through his employment in the Winter Springs
Information Services Department.
SECTION II — That this Resolution commendin g the services of RON KANDZER be recorded upon the
official Public Records and Minutes of this City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida.
SECTION III -- That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to RON KANDZER with our sincerest thanks
for his many contributions.

WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, IN A REGULAR MEETING ASSEMBLED ON THE 23m
