RESOLUTION NO. 550
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING ART HARRIS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
THE PENSION PLAN FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA TO FILL A VACANCY IN THE
BOARD; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, adopted Ordinance No. 273 which provides for the Pension Plan
for the employees of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 273 provides that the Plan shall be
administered by a Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy was created in the Board of Trustees by
the resignation of Jim Conger.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA:
SECTION I - Mr. Art Harris be appointed Trustee to the Board
of Trustees for the Pension Plan for the employees of the City of Winter
Springs, Florida.
SECTION II - Art Harris be appointed to fill the vacancy for
the unexpired term created by the resignation of Jim Conger ending in
February 1989.
SECTION III - All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict
with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This Resolution shall remain in force and effect
until supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of November, 1986.
