RESOLUTION NO. 424
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA,
NOTIFYING THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION, THAT THE MAYOR AND/OR THE CITY MANAGER
ARE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN FORM NO. 751-18, REQUEST FOR
TEMPORARY CLOSING OF STATE ROADS; CONFLICT AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City of Winter Springs deems it necessary to
close state roads at various times throughout the year for various
reasons, and
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation requests
the City to designate someone to sign Form No. 751-18, Request for
Temporary Closing of state roads,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION I - The City Commission of the City of Winter Springs,
Florida, hereby designates the Mayor and/or the City Manager to sign
Form No. 751-18 of the Florida Department of Transportation, Request for
Temporary Closing of State Roads.
SECTION II - This resolution shall remain in force until
supplemented, amended, repealed or otherwise altered.
SECTION III - All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV - This resolution shall take immediate effect upon
its passage and approval.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of Setember, 1983.
