Home My WebLink AboutOrdinance 533 Conservation Easement ORDINANCE NO. 533 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THAT TEN (10) FOOT CONSERVATION EASEMENT LOCATED TO THE REAR OF LOT 110; AND, THAT FIFTEEN (15) FOOT CONSERVATION EASEMENT, TAPERING TO THE EAST, LOCATED TO THE REAR OF LOT 108; BOTH LOTS IN HIGHLAND VILLAGE TWO, PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 40 & 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE: WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has determined it to be in the best interests of its citizens to vacate the conservation easement described herein; NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Commission of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The City hereby vacates and abandons the following described property: THAT TEN (10) FOOT CONSERVATION EASEMENT LOCATED TO THE REAR OF LOT 110; AND, THAT FIFTEEN (15) FOOT CONSERVATION EASEMENT, TAPERING TO THE EAST, LOCATED TO THE REAR OF LOT 108, BOTH LOTS IN HIGHLAND VILLAGE TWO, PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 40 & 41 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY LIES IN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SECTION II. That any portion of any City Ordinance in conflict herewith shall hereby be repealed. SECTION III.
