HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 117 1974-1975 Budget ORDINANCE NO. 117 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1974-1975 BUDGET, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Springs, Florida, has approved an annual budget for the City for the 1974-1975 fiscal year, and WHEREAS, the 1974-l975 annual budget established a Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund under the Revenue Account, but inadvertently failed to establish a Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund under the Expenditure Account of said budget, and WHEREAS, the 1974-1975 annual budget requires an amend- ment to include the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund as a fund under the Expenditure Account, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winter Sprmngs, Florida, desires to transfer certain funds or portions of funds of certain line-coded accounts within the Expenditure Account of the 1974-l975 annual budget to an account under the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund of the Expenditure Account, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINTER SPRINGS, FLORIDA, HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1: That the previously approved annual budget for the 1974-1975 fiscal year be amended to include the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund as a fund within the Expenditure Account of said budget, and to transfer certain funds or portions of funds from their present account to an account under the Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the following manner: (1) Transfer Account 2-433, Fire Fund, to Account 7-433, Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, $8,000.00 (2) Transfer Account 2-435, Fire Fund, to Account 7-435, Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund $2,800.00 (3) Transfer Account 6-385, Office Fund, to Account 7-l0l, Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund (4) Transfer Account 6-201, Office Fund, to Account 7-365, Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund $2,000.00 $4,000.00 Total amount transferred and total of Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Fund $l6,800.00 SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: If any section or portion of section or sub- section of this ordinances proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force or effect of any other section or portion of section or subsection or part of this ordinance.
