HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
I, (hereafter "Party") agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold harmless Owner, Capital Green LLC, Winter Spring Town Center located at 1160 State
Road 434. Spectrum Cauble Management, LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors,
employees and agents (the "Indemnified Parties"), from and against all causes of action, claims, damages,
liens, demands, costs, expenses, and liabilities, including attorneys' fees and court costs collectively,
"Claims" arising for the event to scheduled to be held on (>') A Lf Is+- J...ooL( . Party shall keep the
area free of all liens representing claims, which purport to be based on any services or materials allegedly
provided at the request or on the authority of Party or any of its employees.
In case anyone or more provisions set forth in this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid, illegal
or unenforceable in any respect, any such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any
other provision of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or
une.nforceable provision had never been incorporated therein. This Agreement represents the entire
understanding of the parties and supercedes all written or oral agreements between them with respect to
the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be altered, changed or amended, except by an
instrument in writing signed by both parties hereto. Each person signing this Agreement on behalf of a
party hereto represents and warrants that such person has full authority to enter into this Agreement on
behalf of such party. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the state in which the Event is located.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and
year first above written.
